Online guided meditation | April 29th at 6pm
In this guided meditation involving body and breath sensing practices, you'll pare back layers of stress and tension to uncover your natural vibrancy and sense of aliveness.
Spring Meditation for satisfying sleep - In this online session you will be guided through breathing practices to enhance mood and reduce anxiety followed by a yoga nidra based meditation to relax the body and calm the mind. Settle into peacefulness and prime the body and mind for deep restorative sleep.
7 week yoga series on Wednesday evenings at 18:30 - 19:30 at Oldfield Primary School (plus online option).
Starting September 7th. In this series of classes the focus will be on the feet and our connection to the ground. Explore how this relates to your ability to balance and develop a steadiness of mind.
A new in-person class will be starting on 29th September 2021.
This will be a term-time class every Wednesday evening at 18:30 at Oldfield Primary School, Bray Rd, Maidenhead.
Numbers will be strictly limited to allow adequate spacing, so booking is essential.
