Guided Meditation for February

This month's Monday Meditation will be on February 27th at 6pm.

Explore the power of doing nothing at all.

Our lives are filled with constant stimulation. We gravitate towards being busy and productive. We fear boredom and can become uncomfortable and restless without an activity to hand. Yet when we allow ourselves time to do nothing there is a shift in our mental state that promotes greater creativity and insight.

In this online session you will be guided through settling breathing exercises and a calming meditation. Explore the space and stillness that resides beyond the activity of the mind that’s associated with constantly ‘doing’ something.
