Spring Meditation - Tools for Satisfying Sleep

Do you ever find yourself unable to drift off to sleep? Perhaps it's a feeling of restlessness with racing thoughts or waking up in the night, tired but wired and unable to go back to sleep easily.

Our next Monday Meditation is on March 27th at 6pm. In this online session you will practice breathing exercises to improve mood and reduce anxiety followed by a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to further relax the body and calm the mind. Settle into peacefulness and prime the body and mind for deep restorative sleep.
