Autumn Meditation

In this online meditation you will be guided through some soothing breathing practices followed by a yoga nidra based meditation to nurture feelings of calm, connectedness, compassion and gentle curiosity. Create some space between you and your thoughts to restore the mind and body and bring about a greater sense of clarity this season.
 
This event is open to all including those new to meditation. You just need a quiet space at home where you can pause in a restful position, either lying down supported by cushions and blankets or comfortably sitting.
