Terms & conditions for P&G yoga CLAsses
Do classes run continuously or do we have a break? Classes will run throughout the year including school holidays with the exception of a total of 4 weeks during which time there will be no classes. This will often occur during popular holiday periods such as Christmas and Summer. Your monthly investment is set accordingly, i.e. charges are for 48 out of the 52 weeks of the year. This is equivalent to an average of 4 classes per month.
When are classes held? P&G yoga classes are held on Wednesday lunchtimes at 12:10 to 12:55 in the gym at the Reading site. Alternatively online classes are held on Wednesdays at 09:30 - 10:45 and 18:30 - 19:30 and Fridays at 09:30 - 10:15. Any necessary planned changes to the schedule will be communicated via email in advance.
What happens if classes cannot be held ‘in-person’ or at the usual venue? If it is not possible to use the usual venue or to do a class in-person for any reason, then the class will instead be carried out live online via zoom for that week. If this is not possible a pre-recorded class will be made available for you.
What happens if I miss my usual class? If you miss a class you can make it up by attending another class e.g. in the same week or in the following week. This should normally be done within one month of the missed class. Links for live online classes will be made available on request. Alternatively you will have access to a recorded version of the missed class.
PAYment Method
How are the class fees paid? Class fees are determined by the package that you choose, based on how many classes you attend per week, e.g. If you attend one class per week then you pay the ‘once weekly’ class package. Fees are paid in advance by monthly direct debit via GoCardless, a secure system that makes the payment process simpler and easier for all of us. Your payment secures your place in the classes.
Can the monthly fee for yoga classes be claimed back from P&G? Yes, your yoga subscription is fully reimbursable as part of your P&G staff benefits package. Receipt of payment will be provided so that this can be claimed back through the appropriate channels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
What if I can no longer attend any classes and/or want to cancel? If you decide that you would like to cancel for any reason, e.g. because you can no longer attend regular classes then please advise via email and your payment will be cancelled from the following month. Please provide a minimum of one month’s notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
What if I sign up but I am not happy with the service? There is a satisfaction guarantee in place to ensure that you are happy with the service. If after paying your first monthly instalment you think that this practice is just not for you, then providing that you state this within the agreed period of attending your first 2 weekly classes, you can have your money back. For this to apply you must actually attend classes.
