PRIOr to ArrivAL at your class

Please make sure that you are feeling well before attending. If it is your first class, please ensure that you have booked in beforehand (and completed the health questionnaire on the booking form). If necessary please get in touch via email or text and we can move your booking to another date.


equipment to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat along with other props such as blocks and a strap if you have them. If you don’t have a mat there will be some spares available to use. Please leave any other belongings at home or in the car except for valuables that you may want to keep on or next to your mat. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and layers for warmth. You may wish to bring a small bottle of water to keep hydrated and a blanket for relaxation.


time of arrival

Please aim to arrive at the venue about 5mins before the class start time. You will then be guided to a suitable space in the hall. There will be hand sanitiser on-site and toilets and hand washing facilities are also available.


ventilation, spacing etc

Windows, doors and/or patio doors may be kept open during the session to increase fresh air flow. Therefore please wear/bring suitable layers of warm clothing for your comfort.
