PRIOr to ArrivAL at your class

Firstly please make sure that you are feeling well and free of the latest known Covid-19 symptoms (or cold and flu symptoms) . If you have symptoms, have tested positive or have been advised to isolate due to contact with a positive case then please get in touch via email or text and we can move your booking to another date.


equipment to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat along with other props such as blocks and a strap if you have them. Please leave any other belongings at home or in the the car except for valuables that you may want to keep on or next to your mat. Please bring water for your own use and layers for warmth. A blanket would be useful for relaxation.


time of arrival

Please aim to arrive 5mins before the class start time and wait outside the main entrance to the venue. You will then be guided in to a suitable space in the hall. There will be hand sanitiser on site and toilets and hand washing facilities are also available.


ventilation, spacing etc

Windows, doors and/or patio doors will be kept open throughout the session to increase fresh air flow. Therefore please wear/bring suitable layers of warm clothing for your comfort.

Yoga mats will be spaced out as much as possible (so please wait to be advised on where to place your mat).

It has never been a requirement (as per government guidelines) to wear a face covering whilst exercising or doing yoga. However you may wish to wear one when entering (and leaving) the building and remove it once settled on your mat.
