New 6 week yoga class series starting on February 22nd on Wednesday evenings at 18:30-19:30 at Oldfield Primary School, Maidenhead. In this series of classes you will ease into the new season with an emphasis on poses, movement and breathing practices to reinvigorate and encourage a sense of renewal. Rejuvenate the body and mind as you step into Spring.
